What can be achieved with Arm Lift? What does the procedure involve?
At Alliance Cosmetic Center, we offer an Arm Lift procedure, also known as Brachioplasty. This is a surgical procedure that can help those who suffer from excess sagging skin that droops downward on the arms. This procedure can smooth and tighten the underlying tissue. The goal of the procedure is to gain back definition and shape in the upper arm.
Fluctuations in weight, such as extreme or sudden weight loss, growing older, and genetics can all contribute to the arms having a sagging appearance. When conventional interventions such as weight training, exercise and cardio, and additional weight loss have failed, this procedure can help gain back the tightness to this area.
Recovery Period
Immediately after surgery, medical bandages/dressings may be applied to the incisions. It may also be wrapped in a compression garment. Please wear this exactly as directed. It takes about 10 days before you can drive again, and you may return to work after approximately one to two weeks. Total recovery takes a few weeks. Please note that recovery time may differ from one person to another.
